Our story began in 2014 when Ashley offered to help Samantha with her CV. What started as a simple conversation soon turned into our first date at TGI Fridays—where Samantha arrived dressed up for the occasion, while Ashley thought a tracksuit was the perfect choice!
Since then, we’ve grown up together, welcomed our beautiful daughter Lianie, built our home and supported each other through every milestone. More than a decade later, we’re still each other’s biggest supporters, and our greatest adventure is only just beginning.
On 23rd October 2023, Ashley’s birthday, Samantha thought they were heading out for a birthday dinner in Santorini. Instead, Ashley surprised her with a private proposal overlooking the breathtaking Aegean Sea, Santorini.
Through happy tears, Samantha said “Yes”, before celebrating with a surprise photoshoot—although Ashley’s patience didn’t quite last as long as the photographers!
It was a day we’ll treasure forever and the perfect beginning to our next chapter.
Back then, we were just two teenagers with no idea what the future had in store. Looking back, we couldn’t have imagined the life we’d build together, a beautiful daughter, countless memories, unwavering support for one another, and now, the privilege of becoming husband and wife. Every step has led us here, and we wouldn’t change a thing.
